Our increasing network of own Asian Trails offices in destinations across Asia helps us to provide unique and unforgettable tour and travel experiences. Where we operate
The Asian Trails Group has been at the forefront of operating cutting-edge travel proposals to seamless operational standards that are second to none in Asia. Headquartered in Bangkok, the group continues to provide client-focused destination management services in all of its 8 destinations; Thailand, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Cambodia and Laos.
Asian Trails operates in accordance with the regulations, set by its major shareholder the Kuoni Travel Group, one of the most respected and recognized travel brands in the world. With over 650 full-time employees in 33 offices, Asian Trails continues to expand its wings in Asia to ensure that it continues to provide DMC services for leisure and MICE-orientated customers.
Being recognized for our service standards across the globe, Asian Trails has received various international and company awards for operational standards and service-minded DMC innovations. With the launch of various new technological platforms, Asian Trails upholds its commitment to innovate and follow the technology requirements of Asia’s travel partners.

Our mission statement
Our mission is simple, to provide the ultimate travel and tourism experience for every single guest or organization that uses our services. This translates into giving honest, straightforward and quick answers to initial queries and being able to keep as much of our service provision within its office doors. Asian Trails is proud to have employed in-house some of the best guides in the 8 destinations we operate in. Our team members are highly trained and this facet, combined with their specialized knowledge of their home countries, provides guests with the ultimate insight into local cultures, history and tastes. We view our guides more as ambassadors of their native countries than just tour representatives, and the many accolades our staff have been awarded is testament to their supreme professionalism.
Security is another essential fundamental of our services. We employ trained drivers, who operate the best available means of transportation, be it private saloon cars, mini-buses or coaches. This commitment extends to boats used on our water-based excursions. Our team on the ground conduct intensive research into the venues, restaurants, and attractions we offer our guests, and our third-party liability insurance is considered one of the most comprehensive in the region. This policy is available on request from all of our Asian Trails offices. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, we guarantee that our coverage is in line with international standards in your home country.
