TLS Iyer, along with his co-founders Mignnon Navarathnarajha, & Tarique Manzar, is responsible for driving sustainable corporate growth by making Arabian Oryx Special Projects (Division) a strategic business partner to our clients globally. In an industry where scale and profitability objectives of large & medium-sized DMC have diluted the client experience, Arabian Oryx Special Project Division has created a niche in delivering out-of-the-box creative ideas to ensure each client gets the experiential journey through our innovative ideas based on what the clients holiday requirement is ensuring the best deals through the excellent network/relationship with vendors established over 35 plus years in the travel industry. With more than thirty plus decades of experience in the Inbound tourism industry spanning India, US & UAE, TLS core strength lies in orchestrating all functions of the organization – Sales, Marketing, Delivery, human bond – to create a culture where the pursuit of excellence drives the growth of the organization. Tarique Manzar DMC Details

TARIQUE MANZAR – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Tarique as one of the co-founders is responsible for ‘customer delight’ and driving business growth in all facets of the inbound tourism of Arabian Oryx Special Project Division. Having more than 28 years of experience in the inbound tourism with a deep understanding of the services vertical and expertise in building and scaling up businesses.

Prior to Arabian Oryx Special Projects Division, he held management roles with Emirates Group. Tarique is a strong advocate of customer centricity and has a strong track record of working with customers in solving their problems and investing in their success.

He enjoys travelling, reading fiction, and passionate about cars and is a movie buff. More than anything, he loves and cherishes his role as a father to his two children.

MIGNNON NAVARATHNARAJHA – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

one of the co-founders of Arabian Oryx Special Project (Division) has focused on driving growth by constantly working to enhance client experiences. She has consciously deployed her travel experience to help clients meet complex needs and succeed in delivering them as ground reality. Over the years, being a workaholic, with her never-ending passion to excel & expand the range of competencies at the company through various programs.

Mignnon strives to ensure Arabian Oryx Special Project (Division) consistently lives up to her tagline “Travel makes one modest, You see what a tiny place you occupy in the world “. To be sure, Arabian Oryx Special Project Division has grown by taking complex travel itinerary demands and has delivered on discerning client expectations.

Mignnon enjoys reading and is a voracious reader. Loves and thrives playing the piano (when she is away from her laptop and phone) and is a classical music enthusiast.
